Terms of Service

Last updated 5 September 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of TriviAll, operated by TriviAll Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using TriviAll, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

TriviAll is in beta

TriviAll is free to use while it's in beta — see the Pricing page for what that covers. Being in beta means the product can change, break, or be withdrawn at short notice, and we make no commitment to uptime, feature stability, or the continued existence of the service.

No warranty

TriviAll is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriviAll Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

Questions are machine-assembled

Quiz content produced by TriviAll's builder is machine-assembled and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or free of errors. Check a question and its answer before you rely on it — especially before reading it out loud to a room that will absolutely fact-check you.

Your quizzes belong to you

Any quiz you create using TriviAll — its questions, rounds, and structure — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it.

Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of TriviAll, including during the beta. We'll give reasonable notice where we can, though this may not always be possible — for example, where we need to act quickly to fix a security issue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever we do; continuing to use TriviAll after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
